Our staycation, 2014.

So, during spring break we usually don't go anywhere. With Brandon's unpredictable work schedule and everything else, we usually just hang home and relax. 

This year we decided to go stay in a hotel for a night, here. We used to do that all the time as kids, my parents would load us up and drive into town and we'd stay a night. It's like being out of town without all the miserable driving, money spending and stress. 

Needless to say, our staycation was a hit. We felt like we were out of town, and Lillian absolutely loved running around the hotel room. We didn't even have to bring any toys. She literally just kept herself busy looking through the room. We swam, jumped on the beds, ate, and fed the fish. It was a completely, relaxing success and we might start doing it more often. 

We felt stress-free, 10 minutes from our home. I didn't have to cook or clean either. Always a huge plus.
